Characteristic
1.High efficiency: the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has the support at both ends of the spindle, can bear the larger crushing force and the larger stroke, together with the special crushing chamber shape which conforms to the lamination principle, causes the machine to have the higher crushing efficiency.
2.Large production capacity: the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has the perfect combination design of crushing stroke, crushing speed and crushing cavity shape, which makes the machine produce 35% ~ 60% higher than the old spring cone under the condition that the big end diameter of moving cone is the same.
3.Good discharge grain type: single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts special crushing cavity shape and lamination crushing principle, which produces crushing action between grains, so that the proportion of cube in the finished product is obviously increased, the needle flake stone is reduced, and the grain size is more even.
4.A variety of cavity shape in fine crushing, only replacement of fixed cone can be achieved. Program-controlled hydraulic and lubrication system can ensure overload protection and good lubrication of bearings.
